  • Where are all the Formatting Tools?

    Some commonly used text formatting tools are not readily displayed in Google Docs. You can only fit so much on a toolbar so below is the location of tools like strike-through and super script. Note the keyboard shortcuts are displayed as well. :)

  • How do I access Keyboard Shortcuts?

    You can access shortcuts in Docs two ways. One by clicking on help then on Keyboardr shortcuts or using a keyboard shortcut, CTRL + /.

    Tip - Shortcuts are commonly shown as above, but you do not press the "+" key. In this case, the + means plus. In other words, you press the crtl key then (or plus) the forward slash key.

  • Why can't I send all my pictures in one Google Gmail?

    The max file size in Gmail is 25MB. This applies whether sending one or multpile files. 

    Answer: There are a couple solutions. The first is to just send the files as Google Drive link. It doesn't matter if your recipient has Gmail or Yahoo, permission is granted automatically.

    The second is to use a third party app like Dropbox or One Drive.
