  • What is an SSO?

    SSO stands for Single Sign-On. This is an application that facilitates access control among indepedent software systems. In layman's terms, it logs you into stuff.

  • Are all apps eligible to be added to ClassLink?

    Due to security concerns, Infinite Campus will not be eligible as a SSO. We must be diligent about protecting student data; therefore, there may be other apps as well that we will have to decline.

  • What if I don't see an app I use in the App Library?

    Click the "Add Your Own App" button to the right of the "Search All Apps" box and complete the form. The app will be added as a weblink (a.k.a. bookmark). If you have a username and password to this app/site then check the box to "Request Single Sign-on for the Application" and your request will be forwarded to support for consideration.

  • Where can I access training materials?

    Introductory Training Videos hosted by ClassLink. These are good if you are new to ClassLink and need a refresher. Keep in mind these are generic so it won't have any information specific to Jasper County's implementation.

    Most SSO apps require a browser extension to be installed. When users click an SSO Browser Extension app, a prompt will appear to install the extension. Below is a link to all the help docs for installing browser extensions.
