• What time does school start and end? 

    Schools begins at 7:55. Students are considered tardy at 8:15. After the time, you must sign your child in at the office. Our school day ends at 2:40. Car riders are dismissed at 2:40, and buses are loaded shortly after this. Students may not checkout after

    • How much is the supply fee and what does it cover? 

    Supply fee is $30.00. This fee covers supplies such as pencils, crayons, folders, dry erease markers, glue, paper, various art supplies, etc. This covers your child's supplies for the entire school year. This fee also covers a class t-shirt for your child. Your child will wear the shirt for many activities, such as field trips, field day, etc.) and then will bring it home at the end of the school year. 

    • Why isn't my child bringing home an AR book? 

    Your child should bring home an AR book each night. If your child does not bring home an AR for several days in a row, you should speak with your child and the teacher. Students in second grade are expected to be responsible for bringing their books to and from school.

    • How much is lunch each day? 

    Lunch for students is $1.30. You can manage your child's lunch account at My School Account. This website will let you see your child's lunch account activity and pay money to the account. 

    • Will my child have homework? 

    Your child will have homework each night. This may be math, reading, language arts or a combination of activities. Students should read their AR book each night. 

    • Do I need to sign my child's agenda each day?

    Yes, the agenda helps your child learn responsiblility. It will also be an important tool for communication.
