This is my eighteenth year working in Jasper County.  After graduating from Mercer University, I accepted my first teaching position in third grade at Washington Park Elementary School.  Eventually, I went on to teach fourth grade, EIP, and serve as an Interventionist.  This is my third year working as the Instructional Coach.  During my career at Washington Park, I furthered my education and earned a Master's degree in Foundations of Education from Troy State University and an Ed.S. in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University. I am currently pursuing my leadership certification from Georgia Southern University. I enjoy being part of the educational system in the same town that I reside.  It brings me great joy to see former students out in the community as well as their siblings and relatives that have come through Washington Park over the years. My husband Harry and I have been married for 17 years. We have two boys, Tripp and Kolin who attend the Jasper County Charter System.  We enjoy the outdoors, traveling to the beach, and spending time with our family at the lake.
