I'm so excited about the 2021-2022 school year at Jasper County High School. I am a graduate of Jasper County High School so I'm a lifelong Purple Hurricane. This is my 25th year teaching at JCHS and I love it! I try to make each of my classes fun and interesting, and I try to provide a positive learning experience for all students. In addition to teaching, I am the advisor for National Technical Honor Society, a co-advisor for FBLA, and the graduation coordinator. I have been happily married to Gary Scroggs for 29 years and we have two amazing children, Allison, 26, and Garrett, 23, and a beautiful daughter-in-law, Matti. I live in Monticello near my parents and my two brothers and their families. In addition to teaching, I also serve as the Music Director at Monticello Baptist Church. My life is full and I am blessed, and as always, it's a great day to be a Hurricane!
