High school students should expect to work around 2 hours and 30 minutes total for each digital learning day.

High school students should only complete work related to all classes (ELA, math, social studies, science, fine arts, P.E., and CTAE). 

Students will use their email address as their username and their 10-digit student ID number as their password.

Student email addresses should be in the following format:

firstname.lastname@jaspercountyschoolsga.org

Teachers should have their digital learning assignments posted to their Google Classroom page by 9:00 a.m. for each inclement weather day.

All digital learning day assignments posted on Google Classroom should include the words "digital learning" and that day's date as in the following example:

"DIGITAL LEARNING 01/07/2019" 

If high school students have questions regarding assignments during digital learning days, they can email their teachers during the following office hours:

10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

1:30 p.m. - 2: 30 p.m.

If your internet is currently down or if you do not have a device to connect to the internet, all digital learning work is due 5 school days after returning to school. At such time, students can request printed work or complete work on a school device.

If an inclement weather event extends beyond two days, teachers should provide feedback to all students who completed and submitted assignments electronically. At that time, teachers will add assignments to accommodate the additional days.
